Royal Blues Sing with Thomas Lauderdale

Last Sunday, September 9th, the Royal Blues were invited to participate in the 4th annual “Singin’ in the Square” concert hosted by Thomas Lauderdale in Pioneer Courthouse Square. The event featured free ice cream, umbrellas, and most importantly, free songbooks featuring some of the most beloved songs in the American cannon. The Royal Blues joined Phame and members of PYC to form the choir, as well as members of Pink Martini, The von Trapps, China Forbes, and City Commissioner Chloe Eudaly on stage to lead hundreds of singers in a two hour sing a long. Grant Choir wants to thank every one who came out for the event and especially Thomas Lauderdale for inviting us to be a part of the project. See you next year!
