Bold events are “culminating experiences.” A culminating experience is a required event and is part of a student’s overall grade in the class. Culminating experiences may only be missed for reasons that are outside of a student’s reasonable realm of control (illness, religious holidays, significant family obligations such as a wedding or funeral). Conflicts that are within the reasonable realm of a student’s control and will not be accepted as an excused absence include, but are not limited to: vacations, work schedules, forgetting dates, choosing to participate in an extracurricular activity or with a third-party organization instead.

Students – Check your calendars now and arrange work to eliminate conflicts from your schedule! Secondly, communicate with Mr. Eisemann early and often!
